Tennessee Titans star receiver DeAndre Hopkins has been cleared to play in Sunday’s week three matchup against the Cleveland Browns. Hopkins was originally questionable to play in the game due to an ankle injury but has now been cleared by the teams’ medical staff. The veteran receiver will look to make a steady recovery, which may limit his production for Sunday.

Hopkins missed practice the entirety of last week but has managed to recover enough to where he can be a participant in week three. He injured his ankle in the week two matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers, which spread worry across Titan nation. He was a full participant on Wednesday and only limited on Thursday, however, on Friday the receiver missed the whole practice.
If you have DeAndre Hopkins on your fantasy football team, you will be alright starting him this week as this news is official and final. If you have other receivers on your team that may look like a better option, you should play them instead as Hopkins’ play time may be limited to ensure no further aggravation. He is ranked as a wide receiver three this week, which is impressive for a guy who is going through an injury. He will look for success against the Browns’ secondary.
DeAndre Hopkins is currently projected to earn fantasy owners 11.36 points this Sunday, which is great for a wide receiver three position. It may be a bit less due to his injury, but much crazier things have happened to guys playing with an injury.
